Channel Manager EMEA
As a Channel Manager EMEA you will:
- sell software and services into the EMEA clients via the existing channel of business partners.
- manage the relationships with our channel partners.
- create a territory plan to enlarge our coverage.
- win new partners for the reselling, implementing and support of our software products.
- demonstrate solution selling skills.
- continuously develop your skill set with great opportunities to fulfill individual professional goals.

We expect from you
- in depth experience in selling enterprise software products via the Channel in an international role.
- experience of working with and selling through channel partners.
- skills in development and execution of direct and channel sales strategies.
- successful track record of selling in both account management and new business environments.
- exceptional negotiating and customer service skills.

Qualifications
- At least 3 years of channel and/or partner management experience at a software or technology company. Experience in open source or content management is a plus.
- Proven experience in developing channel programs and sales generating activities with partners.
- Ability to build and maintain partner relationships with strong interpersonal skills and ability to implement strategies.
- Small company experience along with fast-pace and high growth is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills. Ability to effectively work independently as well as part of team.
- Must be fluent in English, both in written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus.

Placement
You will have your primary workplace at your home-office or at our headquarters in Herzogenaurach, Germany, but up to 30% travelling within EMEA will occur.
